Toni Velasquez is only seen on screen for a minute or so, when she calls Zach Taylor to inquire about her roommate Arthur Hendry’s whereabouts after he’s abducted by the Men’s Association. She appears to be quite laid-back with a sarcastic and mischievous edge. Appearance-wise, she’s based on characters such as Major Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell (not the fuckin 2017 one though ew), Trinity from The Matrix, Æon Flux, and Angelina Jolie’s character in Hackers.
